Crysis 2 comes with a stunning graphics. Every place is beautiful to see, filled with polygons and features highly detailed textures and of course there are the various effects and image filters that make it attractive every single second of this game, really amazing!

Plot: 7

The story of Crysis 2 puts us in the role of Alcatraz ,equipped with the powerful nanosuite, that will save New York (and all humanity) from alien invasion carried out by Ceph. But unfortunately the plot is not very deep, and also is not much present in the game, in fact the cut-scenes are quite rare. I admit that I expected something more.

Single Player: 10

Although the story is not the greatest, the single player is still amazing. Thanks to the nanosuite (which gives different powers to the protagonist such as invisibility), the gameplay is very deep and varied and allows to face the various game situations in a very personal way thanks to an excellent level design that is open and well studied. The AI is very good and firefights (against both human and aliens) are really frantic and fun but also slow and reasoned, because will be you to provide the rhythm of action according to your style of play. In my opinion we are in front with the greatest single player in a FPS so far!

Multiplayer: 9

The multiplayer, which is pretty rich (12 maps and 6 game modes) is very funny and also quite different from the mass thanks to nanosuite which inevitably alters the gameplay and makes it very interesting and varied.

For how long?: 10
The single player campaign will last about 12 hours and is very replayable thanks to gameplay that varies according to your decisions, after which there is still a very full and fun multiplayer that will keep you busy for a long time.


Innovation: 8
Crysis 2 has brought a breath of fresh air in the FPS of this period thanks to a free gameplay and thanks to a good implementation of nanosuite that actually makes this game different from most FPS currently on the market.

Crysis 2 is a very great game and is probably the best FPS this year, the only flaw is the lack of a deep storyline that would make Crysis 2 an absolute masterpiece.
