Okamiden review in numbers

Graphics: 9

The graphics style and quality are fantastic. The environments and characters seem drawn with a magic brush, pity though that the types of enemies are just a few.

Sound: 10

The background music is always successful in the light of the situation and seem to come directly from medieval Japan, with all those instruments characteristic of that period. A really great soundtrack.

Plot: 9

Due to the lack of confidence and esteem of of humans against the gods, Japan is undergoing their anger and we have to try to placate through an adventure full of subplots and characters (all very interesting) that you'll end up all of a breath.

Entertainment: 9

In Okamiden there is a lot of exploration (a bit like Zelda) and also several battles against creatures of different elements and against bosses really nice to look at and fun to defeat. Excellent use of the stylus during the fighting, intuitive and fun.

For how long?: 10

The hours to complete Okamiden will be about 20-25, not bad at all i think!

Innovation: 8
A bit for the environment, a bit for the graphical style and a bit for the gameplay,Okamiden is inevitably different.
